Meet the Team
Simon Sole is Chief Executive Officer of Exclusive Analysis, a company he founded in 2003 with a vision of turning regional and thematic expertise into decision-ready forecasts that help clients enhance their strategic planning. Simon built Exclusive Analysis upon a strong ethos based around accuracy and objectivity, qualities that underpin the development of the company’s unique methodology and the recruitment of high-calibre analysts. Simon cultivated his expertise on terrorism, and Sunni extremism in particular, during his career as a professional intelligence analyst prior to starting Exclusive Analysis. Simon speaks regularly at conferences including numerous RIMS and Lloyds events and is also a frequent commentator for major news agencies. Simon has an MPhil in Philosophy of International Relations from Cambridge, a Masters in War Studies from the University of Balochistan, and a degree in Mathematics and Physics from the Royal Military College of Science.

Kirsten Parker
is Director of Analysis for Exclusive Analysis. Kirsten was one of the founding members of the company and worked to develop Exclusive Analysis's unique analysis methodology and infrastructure. She has published articles with the World Bank and industry publications such as Fairplay and Insurance Day and is a frequent commentator in the media, including CNN, CNBC and Bloomberg, and speaker at conferences, including several at the United States Military Academy. Kirsten studied Anthropology and Political Science at the University of Chicago and received her Masters at Oxford, where she studied Latin American Politics and Applied Social Studies on a Rhodes Scholarship. She has worked in the US and UK, and has done fieldwork and research on conflict and social policy in Latin America.
Michael Simms
is Director of Political Risk at Exclusive Analysis. Michael oversees Exclusive Analysis's forecasts for non-violent risks globally. These include issues such as public and private sector non-payment risks, currency inconvertibility and exchange transfer risks, asset expropriation, changes to legal or regulatory environments and restrictions imposed on the flow of trade. An experienced economist and fund manager, Michael worked in investment management prior to joining Exclusive Analysis. He has written extensively for the financial press and given television and radio interviews in English and Spanish. Michael has an MBA from the University of Cape Town, has studied at Barcelona's ESADE business school, and has an economics degree from Nottingham University. He has traveled extensively across Latin America, Africa, South Asia and the Far East, and has also lived in Australia.
Elizabeth Kelleher
is Director of Commercial Development at Exclusive Analysis, managing a team of sector-specific relationship and sales consultants, marketing and support staff. Elizabeth herself specialises in the Natural Resources sector, and is responsible for developing Exclusive Analysis’ strategic initiatives and analytically-based forecasting services for this market. A member of various professional bodies such as the Institute of Petroleum, Elizabeth works closely with clients to enhance their strategic business planning within the oil, gas, and mining sectors. Prior to joining the company, Elizabeth worked as the campaign strategy manager at a major charity, where she was responsible for raising funds in excess of £2.5 million. Elizabeth holds an MSc in European Studies from the London School of Economics.
